Delivery & Returns



Standard domestic postage = $7.95 AUD


Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

We deliver by Australia Post. Goods may exceed standard delivery times due to circumstances beyond the control of Flocksy or Australia Post.

Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take up to 5-10 business days (excluding remote areas, which may take up to 14 business days). Please allow an extra business day for delivery during Australian public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided when making your purchase in store.



Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Flocksy will offer you an exchange voucher provided that:

- You return the item within 14 days of purchase (by posting the product to Flocksy headquarters);

- You produce your original Flocksy receipt at the time you return the item;

- The item is in resaleable condition including that: it is in its original packaging, it is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; and the product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).


If these requirements are not satisfied Flocksy reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher for change of mind returns.


Note that the delivery fee is non-refundable and additional postage charges will be applied to post exchanged goods.


Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

Flocksy will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

- Hosiery

- Underwear

- Swimwear

These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.


Other returns

Flocksy will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:

- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

- The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or

- The product does not match the sample or our description; and

- You can present your Flocksy register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.


Flocksy reserves the right to:

- Assess the condition of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

- Flocksy reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.


Please note:

- Your original Flocksy receipt is the best form of proof of purchase.

- Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

- Delivery fee is non-refundable.
